A realistic timeline
For most roles, you can expect a vetted shortlist within about a week of the agreement, and an embedded hire inside 10 to 20 days. Highly specialized or senior roles can take a little longer — we would rather present the right finalist than a fast wrong one.

Every placement comes protected
The process does not end at a signature. These guarantees run for the life of the engagement, so a placement is never a leap of faith.
Compliance handled end to end
Contracts, local employment law, payroll, and taxes are ours. You never open a foreign entity or carry misclassification risk.
Unlimited replacements
If a placement is not working out within the contract period, we replace them at no additional placement fee. The hire risk is ours.
